High Court has ruled in favour of the liquidated Nationwide Airlines against the South African Airways

The Johannesburg High Court has ruled in favour of the liquidated Nationwide Airlines against the South African Airways. The SAA has to pay the liquidated airline R104million in damages following a protracted case regarding uncompetitive behaviour by SAA between 2001 and 2006. Ryk van Niekerk discussed this matter further with RSG journalist Antoinette Slabbert, Bowman Gilfillan Africa Group’s Lucinda Verster and Economist Theo Vorster. Bowman Gilfillan Africa Group represented Nationwide Airlines in this case.
